Seattle Condo Project Updates February 2015
Here’s a quick round-up on the status of the five condos currently under construction or in pre-sales in Seattle.
Insignia – Downtown | Belltown
Seattle’s largest condominium development is going up quickly as are pre-sales. The South Tower, which has topped out, is now over 65% sold. Additionally, pre-sales have now begun for the the North Tower, which is currently rising every day. View Insignia condos for sale.
Luma – First Hill
Work on First Hill’s newest residential tower is underway with ground excavation completed. The crane, the next among many, is expected to go up next month with an anticipated April sales center opening.
Vik – Ballard
The Vik is now 30+% pre-sold. Work on the building is moving steadily for its anticipated January 2016 completion date. View Vik condos for sale.
Solo Lofts – Ballard
The boutique condo building is now 80% sold with just 4 units remaining. Buyers looking for the newest loft space in Ballard have a choice of two 1-bedrooms and 2 two-bedroom penthouse units. Completion is slated for later this Summer (2015). View Solo Lofts units for sale.
