The 12th & Madison project will also include 100 high-end apartments and 8,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space in the North Loft Building, adjacent to the Trace. Across the street will be the 12th & Pike Marketplace Lofts consisting of retail space and rental lofts. Project is slated for completion in early 2007.
