trace.jpg The Trace Loft (website) is part of a revitalization project of 12th Avenue between Pike and Madison on Capitol Hill. The Trace Loft is an upscale 42-loft renovation of a 1920s warehouse. Preliminary prices range from $300,000’s to $700,000’s.
The 12th & Madison project will also include 100 high-end apartments and 8,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space in the North Loft Building, adjacent to the Trace. Across the street will be the 12th & Pike Marketplace Lofts consisting of retail space and rental lofts. Project is slated for completion in early 2007.
