SCL encourages our viewers to share their opinions and view points. To that end, it is our practice to retain, unaltered, civil comments made by our viewers.
However, SCL reserves the right to remove comments that are not germane to the post topic, are self-promotional, spam, contain profanity, intended to antagonize, or contain unsubstantiated remarks directed at individuals or entities. In respects to profanity, SCL reserves the right to edit the comment by removing the profane language.

SCL maintains a business referral relationship with the licensed real estate agents (Associates) identified on our About page. Information collected through SCL are solely for the exclusive use of Ben Kakimoto and/or Associates’ real estate customer service, marketing and promotional activities.
