Are there any studios still available?
What is the price range for a studio?
At this time, there are two studios available through the MLS that range in price from $177,000 (3rd flr) to $195,000 (6th flr). They are rather small – both are 311 sq ft. They do have a few 1-bedrooms ranging from $210,000 to $268,000 and starting around 475 sq ft and up.
It looks like there are 6 studios, so they will release more but they are all the same size.
I visited this weekend, nice 1969 building, very solid.
The X03 units are not very workable, but otherwise the unit plans are great.
Missed opportunity with no roof access, but they are planning a community bbq area on the south side.
Used to live here before it converted to a condo. I was disappointed to find out that there was not much of work done in the units. And to claim that there are views on some units, well for now, yes, but will be obstructed once the new building rise up on the old Capri apt lot.
Plus the neighboring apts are too noisy, dirty and very shady.
I wonder iif they revised or corrected the plumbing problems. It doesn’t seem like it since they would have to tear the whole building apart. But they didn’t. So problems will persist.
Can you expound on the plumbing problems?

Thanks Mike…looks like they let the domain lapse. I’ll remove it.
I lived there for a very long time before it was converted, after returning I noticed that there was all of the original pluming, bathtubs, toilets, elevator and gates witch have all had problems when I lived there. By all means if you are searching for a condominium there please ask the owner about all past tune-ups the place has undergone.
