Scoop on Escala
Condo blogger James Stroupe just posted an update on Escala. Apparently, changes are in the works from a new sales team (TeamBuilder JLS) to possible adjustments in pricing, HOA Dues and the condo’s relationship with Club Cielo.
UPDATE 2/2/2010:
Additional information from the Seattle Times indicate:
1) Prices are to be reduced (that’s expected)
2) 5 Buyers have closed with another 67 pending
3) Current buyers will be contacted to review contracts / pricing
4) Club Cielo services may be scaled back
