Update: Isola has changed the name of the project from Hyde to Hendon Condominium.
The first condominium in the northend of Seattle (other than Ballard), the Hendon Condominium, is now pre-selling.
Hendon is desirably located in the Phinney Ridge neighborhood of Seattle at 300 N. 68th Street, just up the street from Red Mill & the Phinney Neighborhood Center. The 4-story boutique condo building offers 32-homes with a variety of floor plans, which can now be viewed on their website.

Hendon does not have a dedicated sales center, but rather Isola has centralized sales for all their properties through their Experience Center located in the SoDo district.
