Do You Need A New Construction Inspection?

Many people feel there isn’t a need to inspect new construction because the home has been “Code” inspected by the city. And, to a certain degree this inspection could be accurate but here’s my take as a home inspector and as a potential buyer.

Stadium Lofts Delay Presales

Stadium Lofts has delayed accepting reservations until early next year. Originally, reservations were to begin this month but it appears they are still finalizing interior finishes and pricing. There was also a hold up with permitting approval after the developer altered the original design with additional floors.

Stewart + Minor - downtown Seattle lofts
