Pontedera Condo Surpasses 75% Sold Milestone

The Pontedera Condominium, just south of downtown Seattle, has now passed the 75% sold level with 73 units closed or under contract. This year alone the Pontedera closed on 22 units with an additional 8 more sales in the past month, leaving 21 new homes and 3 commercials units left for sale.
