Brix releases more homes and is hosting a happy hour buyers event on November 20th, Ruby lowers prices again and Canal Station is offering a $9,000 buyer bonus through the end of the year.

UPDATED. On the heels of the successful condo project auctions last Fall, individual sellers are now looking at auctions as an alternative means to sell their property. Owners at Canal Station and Tribeca are trying their hands at auctioning their units.

NoMa sent the following mass email out exclaiming “Closeout Pricing” and claiming they have the best prices in Ballard for new two-bedroom condo homes and to compare their prices with two other new developments. So, I figured it’s fair game to take them up on their suggestion.

Recently, a number of newly converted condo projects popped up in the MLS. Here’s a breakdown of these developments located in West Seattle, First Hill, Lake Washington and North Seattle.

The Danielle is the latest new construction condominium development in Ballard and is conveniently near the heart of old Ballard. The six-story building will offer 31 homes with numerous floor plans from open one-bedrooms to two-bedroom penthouses.
