Washington Square has significant crime and safety issues:
A man was squatting in the parking lot for a week in a van with an industrial cable running into the wall outlets. Car thefts and Car break-ins are very common. Management does nothing to increase security despite these issues.

I cannot find any information on the town homes in Washington square or Horbach Plaza. I read on http://seattlecondosandlofts.com/2007/03/washington-square-bellevue (2007) that the town home comes with 2 car private garages? If someone has listing information can you forward it to me?
