Bellevue Towers Now Over 2/3’s Sold

The fastest selling condominium development in the region, Bellevue Towers, has now surpassed the 2/3’s mark with 363 sales out of 539 homes. As a result, the project has received full Fannie Mae approval on all floors in the buildings.

The remaining homes at Bellevue Towers include one bedroom residences priced from $395,000, two-bedroom homes from the $600,000s and penthouses from $2 million. The homes range in size from 1,040 to 6,398 square feet and represent some of the most generous-sized condominiums in the market, offering the best value on a per square-foot basis.

Bellevue Towers is the largest condominium complex in the Northwest and is LEED Gold certified.

    We have been living at Bellevue Towers for a year and a half and are experiencing a failure of the building’s weather tight envelope. This has led to leaks above the windows which increase with each winter storm! After notifying management in October we still have no fix. We have been told others are experiencing similar issues with water intrusion.
