81 Vine Lofts

Posted on May 16 2006

81Vine.jpgConverted into 19 lofts units in 2000, this low-rise building started out as a factory in 1914. With high ceilings, open floor space, exposed brick and large windows, 81 Vine is the epitome of urban living.

Located on Vine and Western, the building is across the street from a P-Patch and just a block away from the new Olympic Sculpture Park. It’s also central to restaurants, coffee, nightlife and the Seattle Center.

    Eileen,
Prices will depend on size, floor and view. Currently, there is one 1-bedroom unit available that’s priced at $575,000. Other 1-bedroom units that sold this year ranged from $695,000 to $850,000.

There are two sizable studio units available priced at $370,000 & $460,000.
