    Eileen,
Prices will depend on size, floor and view. Currently, there is one 1-bedroom unit available that’s priced at $575,000. Other 1-bedroom units that sold this year ranged from $695,000 to $850,000.

There are two sizable studio units available priced at $370,000 & $460,000.
