Belltown Lofts is located in a very busy area of Belltown sitting next to the Alaskan Way Viaduct on Bell between Western & Elliott. Created from a 1914 building, units feature 14-20 foot ceilings, exposed brick and timber, though some units are finished and resembles an regular condo interior. The building is actually composed of two structures, the old 1914 warehouse and a building on the northend.

Residents enjoy a large rooftop deck with sweeping 360-degree views of the city, Puget Sound and Olympic mountains. But, it’s a trade-off. On the ground level at Western Avenue, many day laborers hang out with the homeless. With it’s location to great eateries and easy access to the waterfront, Belltown Lofts is an affordable option for anyone wanting to experience true downtown living.
