GIS Resurrecting Denny Triangle Project

According to the Puget Sound Business Journal, GIS International is resurrecting plans to develop its parcel in the Denny Triangle area of downtown Seattle. The article and GIS’ press release indicate GIS is looking towards developing a hotel-condo building, not dissimilar from its original plans for the now defunct Stewart + Minor project.

Details on the latest version were not clear. The press release that GIS posted on its website Wednesday said the company isassembling a team of local professionals to design and build “this unique building,” whose “character and style of the design will be new to the area.”
