West Seattle’s Sylvan Ridge Townhome development expects to complete its newest phase in November.

Recently, a number of newly converted condo projects popped up in the MLS. Here’s a breakdown of these developments located in West Seattle, First Hill, Lake Washington and North Seattle.

Sylvan Ridge is a large planned development of 178 two-bedroom + den rowhouse-style townhomes in the High Point / Delridge area of West Seattle.

The 1350 Alki Condominium project is one of the newer developments along Alki Avenue SW. This boutique condo features only ten homes with two units per floor, conveniently located to Alki Beach.

The WestWater Condominium (website) is a recent conversion development located in West Seattle at 6960 – 6970 California Ave SW. Originally built in 1989, the two building 4-story complex contains 71 condominium homes with an expansive community courtyard.

The Seattle Times reported that King County condos have surpassed single family homes in appreciation during the first half of this year. Condos now make up 25% percent of the total home sales in the county.
