Do we have any information on the decision about converting the Smith tower to Condo’s?

I tried to locate minutes of the meeting online but couldn’t find it. It’ll be a lengthy process. Besides passing the Pioneer Square board, it also may need to go through the Landmark board and city zoning approval.
