Bay Vista Tower | 2821 2nd Ave, Seattle WA

The concrete and steel Bay Vista Tower, built in 1982, was one of the first highrise residential buildings constructed in the Belltown district. One of the characteristics of this class of buildings is the large home sizes, many of which have been updated over the years. Located towards the northend of Belltown, it is one of the tallest buildings in the area which affords residents spectacular views of Elliott Bay, the Space Needle and downtown.
