Insignia Towers is a $450 million 41-story twin tower condominium development in Seattle’s Belltown district. It will be Seattle’s largest condominium complex when completed with 707 units encompassing an entire city block.

The condominium development is presently under construction and the first tower is slated to be completed in 2014/2015. Pre-sales are expected to begin in September 2013.

Embassy / Bosa Development of Vancouver, British Columbia purchased the property in 2007 for an estimated $50 million. Embassy / Bosa has a record of building beautiful contemporary residential towers in the Vancouver area.
