Completed in 1981, Continental Place is one of the first and among tallest residential towers constructed in Belltown. Physically, Continental Place stands by itself offering virtually every home with unobstructed views of Elliott Bay, the Olympic Mountains and downtown Seattle.

Given its age a number of homes do not quite meet current finish levels of newer buildings. However, many owners have updated their homes, which rivals the most luxurious of new construction condos.
