Seattle’s condo market ended Spring on a bit of a down note. We experienced more sales but median selling prices tumbled and listings rose to a near 14-year high.

April showered Seattle with listings to Covid-era levels, median sale prices remained stable while sales slowed.

March was a solid month for Seattle’s condo market with inventory, unit sales and selling prices on the upswing. Or, not.

February reflected a solid month for Seattle’s condominium market with increased listing options, more sales activity and higher prices.

Seattle’s condominium market started 2025 off with a blast. January’s condo figures exhibited a marked improvement in selling prices and sales activity.

Seattle’s condo market ended 2024 on a little bit of a whimper. Unit sales were up but selling priced dropped for the second month in a row.

October was a solid month for Seattle’s condo market – sales activity and median sales prices improved even though inventory remained high.

The market was in flux in September – unit sales and closings were down, listings rose and the median sales price reached a new record high.

Despite the summer heat, the Seattle condo market cooled in August.
