Update on Insignia Sales Progress
According to the Insignia sales team, they are now up to 55 homes that are under contract and are expecting that number to rise to 60 shortly. That’s an incredible number of sales given they’ve only been in pre-sale for less than three months.
Construction is now up to the 16th floor of the 41-story building and they’re on track to completing a floor a week.
