Please read our updated Max Condo post

The Max Condominium (website) is the newest condo project in the Greenwood area, located on Evanston off of 85th (map). It’ll be a conversion of the apartment building just north of the Evanston Condominium.

Max will include one-bedroom, one-bedroom + den and two-bedroom homes starting from the mid-$200,000s. The one-bedroom homes range in size from 601 to 724 square feet; the two-bedrooms range from 925 to 941 square feet.

Home features include:

  • Stainless appliances
  • Ceramic tile floor in entry & kitchen
  • Ceramic tile countertops
  • Decks or patios
  • Skylights in top-level units
  • New blinds & can light trims (I should hope so)

Sales is expected to begin around September. Please be sure to check back later for more information.

Hi i would like to inquire about your condos for sale. i say a sign driving by with a price of $179,000 is this the right price? and also what are the prices for two bedrooms?

  2. Ben_Kakimoto says:

Hi Xiao – Thank you for your comment. The Max hasn’t come out with their pricing information yet, but they have mentioned their homes will start in the mid-$200’s. It’s possible the $179,000 sign may apply to a unit in the neighboring Evanston Court condo or the newly built Sapphire project. Please note, I am not affiliated with any of these condo projects.

The region has ample options so it will really depend on your requirements, price range, lifestyle, commute, schools and so forth. You can contact me confidentially (via the contact page) with more details of what you’re looking for and I’ll see what I can come up for you.
