Three more condos that are up and coming around Seattle. I’ll provide full posts on each projects once more information is released about them.

Arboretum View (Madison Park)

Arboretum View will consist of one & two bedroom homes. Located on Madison half-way between Trader Joe’s and the Washington Park Arboretum with pricing from Low $200’s to $400’s.

8th & Marion (First Hill)

8th & Marion recently completed it’s focus group. Homes may include studio, one- and two-bedroom units.

Maris (Shilshole)

Boutique condo with 9 one- and two-bedroom units. Located close to Ray’s Boathouse Restaurant and the Ballard Locks.
