I am interested in taking over a 1521 2nd ave condo contract for a unit. Most preferred would be A XX00 NW or E XX04 W unit. Desire protected view of sound.

Mary, from what I understand 1521 is not allowing assignable contracts. Instead, people who are looking to get out of their contract, and who can close, are listing their units with simultaneous closing requests. They close with the developer then immediately close with the 2nd buyer. Currently, it looks like there are two listings in the MLS looking for simultaneous closings.

    Mary,

I am under contract to purchase an E unit (XX04) at 1521 and am looking to get out of the contract. Contact me at joebill@aol.com if you’d like to discuss options. I do have some ideas of how to work this out to everyone’s benefit.
