Starting out in 1889 as the Austin A. Bell Hotel (the family for whom Belltown is named), the building’s interior was damaged in a 1981 fire but the grand facade survived. Today, it is home to 49 loft-style flats featuring 10 feet ceilings, a roof top deck and is in the center of Belltown life.
