GIS International Group has announced the start of sales for Bellevue’s newest townhome community, Park 12, at 13601 Bel-Red Road, located near the emerging Spring District neighborhood.

Ready for occupancy in 2017, the townhomes at Park 12 all have three bedrooms and range in size from 2,050 square feet to nearly 2,200 square feet. With prices starting in the $800,000s, the three-story homes feature:

  • Expansive open floor plan
  • Custom cabinets with soft-close and stainless pulls
  • White quartz counters
  • Bosch kitchen appliances
  • Whirlpool front-load washer and dryer
  • Two-car side-by-side garages
  • Large private roof top decks

“Today’s buyers are looking for homes that cater to outdoor living and entertainment, so we designed our rooftops to accommodate hot tubs, kitchens and other leisure spaces,” said Eugene Gershman, chief executive officer of GIS International. “What’s more, the private park is a one-of-a-kind amenity that sets Park 12 apart from other new construction options in Bellevue and the Eastside.”

Responding to strong market demand for turnkey homes, buyers have the ability to integrate the latest smart home technologies – often found only in multi-million dollar homes – and choose from a suite of upgrade options to personalize their home before moving in.

Established as a condominium community instead of zero-lot line townhomes, Park 12 will have governing association with homeowner dues of approximately $300 per month, which will go towards property management & maintenance, landscaping, insurance and a capital reserves fund.

Due to the community’s proximity to many of the region’s largest employers, Park 12 will appeal to buyers working at companies such as Microsoft, T-Mobile, Google, Expedia, Overlake Hospital and Group Health Medical Center. And, the opening an East Link Light Rail station will be just a few blocks away.

As part of the project’s construction mitigation plan, the team is restoring a portion of Kelsey Creek, improving the stream buffer, reestablishing native plantings and enhancing urban wildlife habitat.
