Olive 8 Condo Auction Update
One of the items on my “to do” list was to follow-up on the closings from the Olive 8 Condo Auction in September.
Well, Matt at Urbnlivn.com beat me to it…30 of the 32 units auctions closed, most for the actual bid price. Read the rest of Matt’s findings on his blog.
The most telling part I read on Matt’s blog is that half closed on time. While that’s a terrible statistic, it’s encouraging that somewhere/someplace deals are actually closing on time!
