Currently, Phase II homes are for sale with prices between $349,950 and $379,950, and they are offering a $3,500 buyer bonus. Additionally, qualified buyers may also take advantage of the $7,500 first-time home buyers tax credit.

I like to know about the amount of home association fee per month. Also are the units detached or not?

Vahid - The homeowner association dues are $140 per month. The units are not detached, each home will have one or two party walls that it shares another units.

Cool looking condo’s and the Hoa seems more than reasonable..
