5th and Marion – Downtown Condo

Update: This condo project has been sidelined in favor of a 1/2 block office building.

5th And Marion is the newest project to be built in the financial district joining neighboring 5th & Madison and Madison Tower. Though still in early stages of development, the builder believes the project will fill a demand for housing in the central business district.

The location places it across the street from the Seattle Central Library and in close proximity to many restaurants (The Brooklyn, Met Grill), the 5th Avenue Theatre, shopping, office towers and health club and major sport facilities.

5th and Marion will be a sleek, glass enclosed all-residential building with over 250 condominum homes. Residential amenities will include:

  • Concierge services
  • Indoor & outdoor entertainment areas
  • Wellness center
  • Business Center
  • Guest suites

Prices are expected to range from the mid-$200,000’s to over $2 million. Interested buyers should register online @ www.5thandmarion.com for priority reservations & sales.

I believe you meant “5th and Marion” here, 5th and Madison is actually at the old Bank of Califonia site
currently under constrcution. So many projects it gets confusing who’s who….

    Good site by the way.

I am still looking for a smaller unit Close to the Catholic Church.
Another area we have like is the pikes market. this would give us good access to the market while being able to be close enough to the Church @ 910 Marion Street.
    Any thoughts?

    Dave

What will become of the Dover apartment building on 6th and Marion? Will this historic building be torn down?

  6. Ben_Kakimoto says:

Hollis – I know the building, but do not have any information about it’s future.

no that old building on 6th and marion will stay, i’ve never really been that impressed by it though. this project has changed now, the developer has bought the northwest quarter of the lot too. they now intend to build a 46 floor office tower

  8. Ben_Kakimoto says:

Joel – I heard rumors that 5th & Marion use changed to an office building, just hadn’t been able to confirm. DPD still shows as mixed-use residential. Do you have info?

  9. Jay Anema says:

What church is at 5th and Marion? A lady from China arriving by bus from Vancouver at midnight tonight (7/7) needs to know?

  10. Ben_Kakimoto says:

It’s the Seattle First United Methodist Church. Here’s their website:
