Jennie – they’ve been selling for a few months now. Currently, I see 9 active listings in the MLS ranging from $199,000 for a studio to $349,950 for a 2-bedroom. There may be more could be more units available than listed in the MLS. The Verge website is http://www.vergecondos.com.
