The Seaboard Building is a historic landmark located in the heart of downtown Seattle. Rising above Westlake Center, the Seaboard Building with its beautiful terra cotta facade was constructed in 1910 as the Northern Bank and Trust Building. Prior to its upper floor conversion the Seaboard was the former home to Nordstrom’s corporate offices. Today, it’s home to a mix of urban residential city homes, offices and retail space.
