Nevertheless, if you’re looking to buy or sell your condo or loft, it’s useful to have all the information and tools at your disposal. So, here’s a plug for my company, John L. Scott Real Estate.
Over the past month, John L. Scott has been rolling out new features empowering buyers and sellers to make informed decisions. These include:
- Interactive map search utilizing Microsoft’s Virtual Earth technology – provides multiple bird’s eye view photos and icons showing all available properties.
- Enabling sold data directly from the NWMLS database. Unlike other sites that rely on county records which takes months to be updated, the NWMLS data is current. Caveat, though, it only includes properties sold through the NWMLS, so no FSBOs or private sales. John L. Scott is the first real estate brokerage to provide sold data directly to the public.
- Provides Community Details – population & economic demographics, school information, housing inventory, area business and services, and home sale activity.
