Another potential condo in Belltown

A land use bulletin for an early design guidance meeting has been set for a new residential building proposed at 3124 Western Avenue (Western & Blanchard). According to the bulletin, the proposal is a 7-story, 160 unit building with 130 parking spaces.

The financially responsible party is listed as Joseph Strobele of Brick House Holdings, who is also president of the Lexas Companies that developed the Escala and Leland Place condominiums.
