Art House Apartments?

Could the Art House development be the latest condo project to go apartments?

The developer, the Pauls Corporation, has apparently been researching apartment development in the Seattle area. Pauls has a property management division so it might not be out of the question. Whether it’s condos or apartments it’ll appeal to urban dwellers with its modern design and location near the Pike Place Market and the water front.

I saw a posting on craigslist for units here? Any idea what’s going on Ben?

I don’t. I’ll try to get in touch with the developer again…though, they haven’t been responding to my inquiries. Go figure.

Side note: It seems the ad was posted by a condo project site; developers and/or marketing firms tend to advertise condo projects on these sites. It seems most are Windermere Onsite projects, too. It’s possible they’re doing so to judge consumer interest in the project. I was once told by an executive with WOS that they’ll market a project to gauge consumer interest and feedback even when there’s no intent to develop the project.
