Good to see the Seattle condo prices are not so sky high that it’s unaffordable. The prices in St. Louis were about the same, and have leveled out some.

What’s up with the HOA dues? Isn’t $400/ month a little high? What does that amount cover anyway?

  3. Ben_Kakimoto says:

Joni – the HOA dues is on the high end, though it includes insurance, water/sewer/garbage, cable tv, facility maintenance, property manager and reserves.
