The City View Condominium is a conversion project in the Leschi area, off of S. Jackson Street. Renovations began this week and the developer expects to start sales by mid-February. More info to come.
The Pittsburgh – Lower Queen Anne
The Pittsburgh conversion is being developed by Pioneer Properties who recently completed work at Queen’s Court. The Pittsburgh is located across the street from Queen’s Court on Warren Avenue. Sales are expected to begin in February. More info to come.
