Who’s the Tallest?

Fifteen Twenty-One is Seattle’s tallest planned residential tower at 440 feet, taking advantage of the city’s new zoning regulations.

But now Olive 8 wants the title of tallest and is considering adding 3 additional floors making it 39-stories tall and bringing the overall height to 455 ft. The three additional floors will add another 33 condo units and needs city approval.
