Vulcan is putting the final touches on South Lake Union’s long awaited Veer Lofts residential development, which recently received its temporary certificate of occupancy. The six-story building contains nearly 100 multi-level lofts and open flat homes.

Ten Twelve First Avenue is a proposed 35-story hotel/condo development in downtown designed by acclaimed New York architect, Ismael Leyva. Not much is known about this project but two penthouse shell listings just hit the NWMLS.

HAL Real Estate Investments recently acquired a 12,960 square foot parcel just north of the Cinerama Theatre along 4th Avenue on which it plans to construct a 400-foot residential tower with 360 units.

Just a couple of weeks ago we reported that Intracorp was seeking approval to revise its 1915 Second project, increasing its height from 240 ft to 400 ft. Now, Intracorp has put the property up for sale per this listing on the Moran and Co. website.

Laconia Development, the Bay area development firm who’s planning to build two condominium buildings in Seattle, is rethinking those plans. Instead, Laconia may proceed with the projects as apartments.

The Low Income Housing Institute recently broke ground on a new affordable townhouse condominium development called Copper Lantern Homes located in Kenmore at 7026 N.E. 182nd Street.
