The Molnick Group is proposing a new condominium project at the site of the Shell gas station on Aurora Avenue at the NW corner of Green Lake. The parcel is close to the tennis courts and Bath House Theatre.
The proposal is for a 4-level structure with 28 units and retail space on the lower level.

An early design review meeting is scheduled later this month:
