Last week I wrote that a couple of condo projects are proposed for the block where Greg’s Japanese Auto & Starbucks are on. Just one block to the West, next to Bank of America, yet another project is being proposed. This one will be at the corner of Denny Way & Taylor Ave N, 6-stories with 139 units including live/work lofts. That’s 5 projects within 5 blocks of each other.
