The Martin is Vulcan’s high-rise Belltown project located behind Paul Allen’s Cinerama Theater (previously called The Martin). At 23-stories, The Martin will be home to 172 one- and two-bedroom, open-one bedroom and lofts units.
Home Interior features include Italian Pedini cabinetry, solid surface countertops, European stainless steel appliances, glass tiling, expansive windows, gas fireplaces, decks and air conditioning.
The building will also include a number of firsts including a resident P-patch garden, multi-level roof deck with outside kitchen, a 6th floor outside dog park and grooming area, a fire pit for socializing and a washing station in the garage.
Location wise, The Martin is close to everthing…residents can walk to work downtown or take the bus for free (free ride area), enjoy nightlife and top rated restaurants just steps away, or just take a short elevator trip to catch a movie.

Yes, Vulcan has tabled this project until the market conditions improve…at least that’s what I’ve been told.
