Starting out in 1889 as the Austin A. Bell Hotel (the family for whom Belltown is named), the building’s interior was damaged in a 1981 fire but the grand facade survived. Today is it home to 42 loft-style homes featuring 10′ ceilings, a roof top deck and is in the center of Belltown life.
