Ben was a Realtor par excellance! He had a particular challenge in working with me across country. I found several properties on Zillow and contacted Ben. He immediately responded and zeroed in on a number which fit my requirements prior to coming out to shop in Seattle. He found the one that my heart went out to prior to my shopping expeditions which gave me a chance to gather opinions from people I cared about. I looked at all the properties but the comparison deepened the determination. Ben's cheer leading and gentle humor kept me on track during the difficult real estate time of fall, 2013. With hard work, competence, and good spirits, this tale obviously had a happy ending.
