Ballard Condo Conversions
The Northlake Group (website) recent converted several projects in the Ballard area. I haven’t personally seen these yet, but from the MLS photos, the developer has done a nice job with the renovations and finishes.

What defines a “boutique” condo?? Is it putting a more appealing spin on a former woody walk up apartment?
In respects to condos, boutique is essentially a term to describe a small condo complex (# of units).
I used to live in 2830 NW 56th before it was turned into condos. The building was old and my balcony was sagging in the middle – I didn’t even feel safe standing on it. Those are so overpriced.
