Luma Condo on First Hill Breaks Ground
According to the Puget Sound Business Journal, Lowe Enterprises, has broken ground on the construction of a 24-story condominium tower on First Hill.
Luma is the first condo high-rise to be built on First Hill since 1982, according to officials of Lowe, a national investment, development and management company. The 168 condos, which are designed to appeal to “creative urban professionals” and empty nesters, will range in size from 600 to 1,700 square feet with prices starting in the mid $300,000s. In addition to studios, one- and two-bedroom units, there will be four top-floor penthouse condos.
Sales are anticipated to start next spring with the project scheduled to be done in the summer of 2016.
