The Candyce – Magnolia

The Candyce is a recent conversion on Magnolia conveniently located between Fisherman’s Terminal and Discovery Park. Candyce is a small, two-story building, wood-framed with brick veneer. The complex features only 10 condominium homes with a variety of floor plans. As of this writing, there are only 4 units left – a two-level one-bedroom, 2 one-bedroom flats and a two-bedroom, ranging from 529 to 726 square feet.

Homes include hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, hardwood cabinets, washer & dryer, Juno lighting, extra storage space and tiled bath surround. Most homes include parking.

The developer who converted the complex is a custom home builder who added small details such as crown molding on the kitchen cabinets, new custom windows, wood millwork and nicer fixtures.

Candyce is currently holding a close out promotion reducing prices by as much as $20,000. The units available range in price from $219,950 to $259,950. If you don’t mind Magnolia, Candyce is a good entry-level option.
