Daily Journal of Commerce Condo Special
The Daily Journal of Commerce just released a condominium special covering a number of topics from conversions, space, market forecasts to ventilation. The DJC is subscription-based but the special report should be available without a subscription.
The articles were written by the principals of condo marketing firms, developers and an architectural firm and there is a bit of self-promotion. However, I found the articles to be an informative and useful resource for potential condo buyers. It’s worth the read.
