An early design review guidance meeting has been set for the 2700 Elliott Ave project (Elliott & Cedar), a proposed 13-story, 122-unit residential development in Belltown.

Open house at the Royal Crest Condominium (3rd & Lenora) on Sunday, June 7th from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm. This is a large one-bedroom corner unit offered at $269,450.

HAL Real Estate Investments recently acquired a 12,960 square foot parcel just north of the Cinerama Theatre along 4th Avenue on which it plans to construct a 400-foot residential tower with 360 units.

Another Belltown condo project
The Schuster Group, developer of Mosler Lofts, purchased the site just south of the Bellora at Cedar and Elliott, according to the DJC. Earlier proposals for the site included a mid-rise apartment and condo projects. At one point one of the proposed projects was called “Bellora 2″.
