The Candyce is a recent conversion on Magnolia conveniently located between Fisherman’s Terminal and Discovery Park. Candyce is a small, two-story building, wood-framed with brick veneer. Candyce is currently holding a close out promotion reducing prices by as much as $20,000. The units available range in price from $219,950 to $259,950. If you don’t mind Magnolia, Candyce is a good entry-level option.
